Major requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry (PhD or Doctorate).
- Good communication skills in German and English.
- Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of modern organic chemistry and techniques.
- Passion for synthetic organic chemistry.
- Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
