You will not find our partners' compounds anywhere

That is the point

We do not publish confidential structures or project-specific information. Not in case studies, not in conference material, not in a proposal to another partner, not on request.

It's worth saying plainly why, because the question comes up in almost every first conversation - usually as "can you show me something you have made?"

The honest answer is a question back. Would you want your compounds shown to another partner? Then we cannot show you theirs.

Partner identities are handled according to the confidentiality terms of each collaboration. Our Selected Partners section carries forward publicly displayed logos. Public logos do not change the protection of confidential relationships or project-specific information.

Your structures, data and project details stay confidential. We can start with an NDA.

01

What that means in practice

From the first email. Everything you send is treated as confidential before any agreement is signed. You don't need an NDA in place to describe your task to us.

Before technical detail. An NDA is signed before we go into structures, routes or data. Confidentiality arrangements are agreed before project work begins.

During the project. Project data stays with the project. Your material, your analytics, your route.

After the project. The chemistry does not appear in our marketing, our conference talks or our conversations with anyone else.

02

Why this matters more in chemistry than it looks

When a company develops a new product, the compound class alone can be enough. Name the area a supplier has been working in, and a competitor with a patent database can start narrowing down what is being developed and by whom.

We do not disclose confidential structures or project-specific information. Public case studies use anonymised descriptions.

03

Intellectual property

One legal field. GenoSynth operates from Berlin, within the European legal framework. For a European partner, that means agreements enforceable where both parties sit, without a second jurisdiction in the middle.

IP in the work stays yours. Project-specific terms are agreed before work begins.

Documentation is complete and it is yours. All project-relevant data, from starting materials to the final report - delivered in a form you can put into your own records and, if needed, into a patent application.

04

Our commitment to confidentiality

It costs us the easiest kind of marketing. Every synthesis company that can show a striking molecule shows it, and it works.

We could do the same with permission, and occasionally a partner gives it. Mostly they don't, and asking is itself a small imposition.

So the projects on this site are described by scale, purity, duration and outcome, without disclosing the chemistry. If that makes it harder to judge us, we'd rather answer your technical questions directly. Send the task; you receive a 24-hour technical response from a chemist.

Where a first synthesis is genuinely ours and verifiable, we say so precisely - first reported synthesis, no published synthesis found - and never more loosely than that.

Tell us what you need to make or achieve.

Share a target structure or describe your goal. A chemist will help define the next step.
