We are GenoSynth

Chemistry before promises.

A custom organic synthesis and process development company in Berlin-Adlershof, Germany.

Since 2018, we have developed synthetic routes, prepared novel compounds and established reproducible processes from laboratory quantities to kilogram scale. Our work supports applications in diagnostics, electronics and pharmaceutical research.

From new compounds to reliable processes and recurring supply.

Meet the chemists behind GenoSynth and our laboratory in Berlin-Adlershof.

01

Chemistry before promises

Every project begins with the chemical reality of the task: the target structure, the possible routes, the analytical requirements, the scale, and the uncertainties that could affect the result.

We don't hide those behind a confident quotation or an arbitrary date. Where the chemistry is sufficiently defined, we quote a fixed outcome and carry the agreed synthesis risk. Where important questions remain, we begin with a feasibility phase.

The purpose isn't to hand uncertainty back to you. It is to manage it in the open.

02

You talk to the people doing the chemistry

Senior scientific input reaches you before scope, budget and timeline are fixed. That exposes technical risk earlier and makes decisions faster when the chemistry misbehaves.

You speak directly with a chemist who can assess the task and explain the next step.

03

From first synthesis to repeat supply

A successful first batch is often only the beginning. The same team improves the route, establishes the analytics, scales it and supports recurring supply without changing technical responsibility halfway through the programme.

04

Based and operated in Germany

One legal field with yours. An NDA that works. IP protection to European standards. Convenient logistics for European and international projects. In a world where supply chains are being re-examined, this has stopped being a detail.

For whoever signs: no need to explain the supply chain to compliance.

05

We are not the right supplier for every molecule

Routine catalogue compounds are usually faster and cheaper elsewhere, and we'll say so. GenoSynth is most valuable when the chemistry is uncertain, the material matters to the programme, and the cost of delay is greater than the cost of solving the synthesis properly.

06

The people

Our founders manage projects personally. Every project has a named chemist you can contact directly.

The laboratory

Berlin-Adlershof, Germany's largest science and technology park.

500 m² laboratory · 20 fume hoods, including hyperbaric hydrogenation equipment · 25 L reactor, −70 to +200 °C · preparative HPLC and 20 L rotary evaporator · LC/MS, NMR, polarimetry · SciFinder and literature databases · and more

The equipment matters for one reason: a project can start at a few milligrams and reach kilogram scale without moving to a different laboratory or a different team.

08

In numbers

since 2018 · 300+ projects · 100+ partners · 1 mg → 20 kg · 2018 earliest supply still running · 24-hour technical response
